We are constantly working on making our IntraActive products even better for our customers. In January and February this has resulted in exciting new features such as the new attention view in IntraActive Governance and clickable subjects in IntraActive Intranet. The attention view
IntraActive Governance is all about taking control of Microsoft Teams. We want to help your organization stay on top of governance and security for a seamless collaboration. With the new Attention view end users will be able to view areas requiring their attention.
The Attention view lists the Teams, M365 Groups and the Viva Engage Groups that are non-compliant in regards to one or more of these 4 scenarios:
- There is missing metadata, which are required to be registred
- There is a privacy conflict between what defined on the template and the Team or Group
- There is a no template related to a Team or a M365 Group
- There is a owner conflict, in that sense that one or more owners are missing
The user can take quick action to remedy the challenges listed in the view directly from the Attention view.
Clickable subjects
One of the well-loved features of the IntraActive Intranet messages and events is the possibility to use predefined subject tags. Now we’ve made it possible to click on the tags which will take you directly to a filtered view of the news archive, only showing events and messages with that specific subject tag.
