IntraActive Governance
Possibility to create Viva Engage Communities
Creation of Viva Engage Communities is now supported in addition to Teams, M365 groups or SharePoint sites.
This means that the IntraActive Governance product is on the way to providing a 100% self-service app for creation of multiple types of collaboration workspaces in Microsoft 365.
Hide the possibility of creating a team from scratch
Hide the possibility of creating a team from scratch and only allow it to be created via existing Microsoft 365 groups.
A scenario here could be that all departments are created as Microsoft 365 groups (dynamically updated) and from one of these, a user can create a team. Using this model also ensures that members of a departmental team is automatically joining the team.
IntraActive Replay
New TimeEdit integration
Here is yet another valuable integration for IntraActive Replay. The integration with TimeEdit makes it easier for our educational institutions to provide students or visitors with an overview of which room they should be in.
This means no more manual updating when displaying room schedules on the screens.
The integrations require TimeEdit subscription.
IntraActive Intranet
AI Module: Now Fully Available Across Platforms
What’s new?
The AI assistant is no longer in testing! It’s now fully operational on desktop, mobile, and as a web part for easy integration across your intranet.
New Features:
Web Part Integration: Place the AI assistant on critical pages like the staff handbook to provide instant answers to common questions.
Custom Information Box: Add an icon, title, and description to inform users about the AI assistant’s role and functionality.
Benefits for Users
Enhanced Accessibility: Employees can access AI-powered assistance wherever they need it—on any device.
Custom Guidance: The information box provides clear expectations for users, improving their experience and engagement.
Copy Messages for Faster Content Creation
What’s new?
Editors can now copy existing messages directly from IntraActive Admin.
Benefits for Editors
Time-Saving: Reuse and modify existing content without starting from scratch.
Consistent Messaging: Maintain consistency across messages while tailoring content for different audiences.
