The implementation is done via workshows where we configure the agents knowledge areas, security, prompts and testflow. The product is continuously updated and developed so customers gain access to new features automatically.
Are IntraActive Agents safe to use in our Microsoft 365 environment?
Yes. IntraActive Agents operate exclusively within the company’s own Microsoft 365 tenant, so data does not leave the organization’s security perimeter. The AI agent uses the same security model as SharePoint and Teams, and access follows the permissions users already have.
Where does the data end up when employees use the AI agent on the intranet?
Data is processed within the customer’s own Microsoft 365 environment and is not stored by IntraActive. A data processing agreement ensures that no prompts, resonses or documents are stored externally. The AI agent searches in SharePoint and always links to the original source.
